Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates and costs, and how we handle your order once it leaves our facility.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery times

We ship within the United States, with typical delivery in 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed, since transit times depend on the carrier and destination.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free shipping offer will be shown on the site and applied automatically when your order qualifies.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier’s website. If you have an account, you can also find your orders under My account.

5. Packaging and handling

Products are packed carefully to protect their integrity in transit. Please inspect your order when it arrives and store products according to the guidance on each product page.

6. Shipping restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. It is your responsibility to make sure the products you order can be lawfully received at your delivery address. We do not ship to addresses where receiving the products would break applicable law.

7. Delays, lost or damaged shipments

We work to dispatch every order promptly, but we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@pepdepot.store promptly so we can work with the carrier to resolve it.
