Reconstitution guide

A repeatable bench process for dissolving lyophilized peptides into a clear, stable stock solution.

  1. 01

    Prepare the bench

Let the sealed vial and diluent reach room temperature. Wipe both rubber stoppers with a fresh alcohol swab.

  2. 02

    Measure the diluent

Using a sterile graduated syringe or pipette, measure the exact volume you entered in the calculator.

  3. 03

    Add and dissolve

Release the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial, not onto the powder. Swirl gently until dissolved. Do not shake.

  4. 04

    Label and store

Label the vial with the concentration and date. Store refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C (36 to 46 °F), protected from light.

  • Keep unopened lyophilized vials frozen until use.
  • Swirl, never shake. Foaming degrades peptides.
  • Keep solutions away from direct light and heat.
